Paragon Security launch a new miniature explosion-proof optical & thermal IP camera intended for the most demanding environments. Measuring only 127mm long and 48mm diameter, they are fabricated from 316L stainless steel, the IP68 cameras are suited for marine, hazardous and oil & gas environments. The 1080P optical camera boasts a vari-focal lens (2.8 – 6mm) with the 208×156 pixel thermal option having a 4mm lens. The cameras are certified to ATEX group II (Gas and Dust) for zone 1, 2 as well as 21 and 22 including the explosion groups IIC / IIIC.
